Custom domains

On Personal and Pro plans your site can use your own domain, like www.example.com, with HTTPS set up automatically.

1. Add the domain in Pagehaus

Open your site's Domains tab and add the domain. We show the exact DNS records to create, and check them automatically.

2. Create the DNS records

Where you manage your domain's DNS (usually where you bought it):

• www and other subdomains: a CNAME record named www pointing to yoursite.pagehaus.site.
• The root domain (example.com): A/AAAA records pointing to 54.38.118.204 and 2001:41d0:304:300::4da3, plus a TXT record named _pagehaus with the value shown in the Domains tab, which proves the domain is yours.

Add both example.com and www.example.com so visitors reach you either way.

3. Wait a little

DNS changes can take from a few minutes to a few hours to spread. The Domains tab rechecks automatically and shows Live when everything works. The HTTPS certificate is created on the first visit.
