Upload from the command line
sftp and scp come with macOS, Linux and Windows 10/11. Note the port
option: -P 2022 (capital P).
Interactive session
sftp -P 2022 yoursite@sftp.pagehaus.app
Then, for example:
put index.html # upload one file
put -r images # upload a folder
ls # list files on your site
rm old-page.html # delete a file
bye # disconnect
Copy files in one command
scp -P 2022 index.html style.css yoursite@sftp.pagehaus.app:/
scp -P 2022 -r images yoursite@sftp.pagehaus.app:/
Without typing your password
Create a key with ssh-keygen -t ed25519 (if you don't have one), then paste the contents of
~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub into your login's settings in the dashboard's SFTP tab.
The first connection asks you to confirm the server's fingerprint; compare it with the ones on Connecting with SFTP.
